Είναι γεγονός πάντως ότι τόσο πολύ φλοράλ φθινoπωριάτικα, πρώτη φορά βλέπω. Και δεν είναι μόνο τα φλοράλ αλλά και ο συνδυασμός άσχετων μοτίβων και υφών μεταξύ τους που έχουν κάνει κανονική απόβαση από τα ντεφιλέ στη ζωή μας. Φυσικά η χρωματική παλέτα διαφέρει πολύ από αυτή που έχουμε συνηθίσει την άνοιξη, μιας και τα χρώματα που κυριαρχούν είναι σκούρα, μουντά και γήινα μέσα από τα οποία, σχεδόν πάντα ξεπηδά ένα έντονο πορτοκαλί ή ένα φωτεινό κίτρινο. Όπως όλα δείχνουν θα ζήσουμε το απόλυτο "back to the 70's" σκηνικό.

I have to point out the fact that it is the first time in my adult life I experience a floral revival during autumn. It's not only the florals that caught my attention. The combination of totally different patterns and textures is what makes this winter so special. Nothing we were used of. Dark, mousey and earthy hues with a pinch of a vivid orange or a bright yellow, are dominating this season's drapery. Everything concludes to an ultimate 70's revival.




Και κάπου εκεί, μέσα στην ατελείωτη αναβίωση των 70's, έρχεται ένα μποτάκι να μας υπενθυμίσει την ροκ πλευρά της ζωής.

And right at the time you find yourself stuck in the middle of that 70's madness, an ankle boot comes and brings a rock wave in your life.

Κάθε φορά που τελειώνει μια σεζόν, αυτό το σημείο του ποστ γίνεται το αγαπημένο μου. Εκπτώσεις! Ρούχα και αξεσουάρ σε προσφορά που σε βάθος χρόνου θα μας κάνουν περήφανες για την επιλογή μας.

This part of the post becomes my favorite every time a season comes to an end. Sales! Clothes and accessories that if we buy now, someday they will makes us proud.


Και τι είναι γυναίκα χωρίς τα κοσμήματά της. Από μικρές τρία πράγματα διαλέγουμε από την γκαρνταρόμπα της μαμάς μας. Κραγιόν, ψηλοτάκουνα και κοσμήματα. Αληθινά ή ψεύτικα είναι η προέκταση του εαυτού μας και αργά ή γρήγορα όλες αποκτάμε σχέση εξάρτησης μαζί τους.

What is the woman without her jewelry? Since we are little, in our lady-like dress ups, we choose three things from our mother's wardrobe. A lipstick, a pair of high-heels and jewels. Real or faux, they become the extension of ourselves and sooner or later we become addicted to them.


Η ζωή πάντα σε εκπλήσσει. Όσο πιο θετικά όμως βλέπεις τα πράγματα, οι πιθανότητες να σε εκπλήσσει ευχάριστα γίνονται συντριπτικά περισσότερες. Γι'αυτό... "Always look at the bright side of life, taram taram taram taram taram..." (νομίζω ήταν πέντε τα taram!)...

Life is unpredictable and through the eyes of an optimist, the surprises you will get are only going only to be beneficial. That is why it is absolutely necessary to... "Always look at the bright side of life, taram taram taram taram taram ...." (I think there where five tarams!)...
